Tapping Group is such a wonderful way to share and learn more about EFT. You do such a great job of moving the process, and yet including everyone and all the ideas they bring.

I completed Judy’s Transformational Program for Empowerment, and it brought a level of peace in my life I've never experienced before. I learned to accept what IS in my life, and now I'm open to possibilities. I don't have to MAKE things happen anymore.  I am very grateful to Judy and continue to use what I learned in our sessions to live a more peaceful life. I feel my life expanding, growing. And, I found my voice again. And by the way, with Judy’s help, I learned that tapping is a tool that brings focus and peace to my life. I look forward to the meetup groups that will allow me to continue to practice the techniques and join in the energy of like-minded people.

Light bulbs came on while working with Judy about resistance and rebellion. I realized that these came from having a very controlling father. As a result, I have been blocked from achieving things. Judy helped me forgive both my father and my brother. I had such anger towards both of them. But through the tapping, I have forgiven them and have managed to release the anger. What a relief!

Having experienced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting with Judy, I am amazed at the positive life changing results! I am now free from previous lifelong memories I was not even aware that I had. When I first came to see Judy, it was primarily because I was experiencing a tremendous amount of back pain. My spine almost immediately got better, so we could focus on other things, such as self-esteem and taking my power back. Judy became my trusted guide and encouraged me to stretch my imagination and confront issues that had kept me stuck for years. I learned about Self-Sabotage in the Webinar, especially procrastination. The part about trying to control everything was very freeing. The Webinar was very thought-provoking, and I came to the following realization: The things that I want are in alignment with the goodness that the Universe wants, and all that I want enhances my gratitude.

The Tapping Group was extremely helpful! I won’t be asking myself “What’s wrong with you?” any more. To do so feels like a joke. I can accept myself, just as I am. This was wonderful – powerful – easy! Thank you, I am grateful!

Judy’s workshop gave me much hope. There is a way to release the self-sabotage, which has been such a self-destructive behavior. It has prevented me from living a happy life. I felt the energy shift in my heart, and the tension release in my gut. I loved the humor, laughter, and energy of the group.

Judy, in a very caring and professional way, presents these gentle but effective techniques for going forward into lasting positive changes. She is very proficient in her presentation, taking it to the individual levels where the techniques can be understood and appreciated. She gives a caring nudge for us to activate these EFT techniques in our own lives.

Judy’s workshop helped me to align with my true self. I learned how to identify that part of myself and stay there using the techniques. I also learned how to use EFT to bring up the negative I’ve been holding on to, and to release it. I actually got a nice release through my back/spine while we were going over control vs. allowing. This workshop was absolutely helpful in terms of learning something about my emotions and core beliefs.
